What do you think of Jamie?

By promoting freedom of speech I'm acting like a God?

Acting like a God would be removing this thread because I don't agree with the opinions expressed in it.
This pseudo-argue could last forever.

I think some people just want to post stuff that they know will be emotive and inflammatory.  It's not useful and it serves no purpose.  Shrug

You gotta give him some sympathy...
He's been living in his little brothers shadow for like his whole life...
He's also pretty cute...

I guess not for the whole life. He had the same chance, just didnt make to be as famous as Andy. In fact he won GS which covers all the titles Andy has won so far.

Jamie's GS doesn't match up to Andy's titles in the slightest.

I don't really think Jamie has ever really had the same drive as Andy, he just seems to want to go out and have fun and earn a bit of money by playing tennis and not have a "proper" job.  He just hasn't been the same since he won the mixed with Jelena at Wimbledon, he's really just an average player that won't get into the top 20.  I don't hate him but I don't rate him much.

I think he enjoys the party life too much that he can't focus on his tennis, his the complete opposite of Andy in this way. I don't judge him for it though - everyone is different and everyone has the right to live their life in a way that they find the most enjoyable.

He's got the talent without the drive.

x if you read Andy's autobiography, he talks about how Jamie wanted to go and train away at one of the LTA centres but a few weeks before he was due to leave, they closed it down. They offered him a place at another centre, and he took the place, even though he didn't really like the centre, just the idea of being a professional tennis player. He went for about eight weeks, he hated it, but because he thought he would be letting everyone down if he came home, so he stayed and had all his motivation, drive and enthusiasm sucked out of him. When he came home, he was so disheartened that he didn't play tennis for months x
x I don't think it is his fault he isn't winning many matches, it is more the shoddy and shambolic state British Tennis is in x

Do not like Jamie I believe he his consumed with jealousy over Andy brilliant career. No one but no one should run their own flesh and blood down in public , if you have got any gripe with them keep it private.

I'm sure his a jealous to some degree but I don't think it's the unhealthy type, I think they just have personality clash, they seem very different people.

You guys are all quick to scorn Federer for not playing Davis Cup, but when Andy didn't and Jamie spoke his mind, Jamie is seen as the bad guy, just because Andy is seen as wonderboy
