Not had time to read all of this ( or can't be arsed) but here goes.

I always find myself thinking she can look a bit harsh, matronly or dominate even in some photographs, in a bobfoc (body off baywatch, face off crime watch) milfy kind of way and at other more sensitive, reflective momments when my innerself shines threw think ah well many a good tune played on an old fiddle and she will get me Andy's autogragh if nothing else.

And to be honest if I look in the darkest reaches of my soul I could most probably do with being disciplined for of the transgressions I have unwittingly committed Whistle

But at the back of my mind I would always be thinking she will be marking me on my "ground strokes" and "backhand" so to speak, so as Duncan Bannatyne from dragons den would say (no pun intended) I'm out.

Note: this thread needs a poll.

I like Judy lets face it she loves her sons and it was she who started them playing tennis. She is a proud Scottish mum who has backed her sons through thick and thin.Yes she is driven but she can always be counted on to support Andy and Jamie through thick and thin.

I think Judy should be Head of the LTA! And she is a good looking woman with two well grounded sons.

I think she comes in for some very unfair criticism, if it was not for her knowledge, drive and determination then we wouldl not have this webiste supporting one of the current world's best tennis players.  The achievement is all the greater given that her family do not come from the normal tennis playing fraternity which can often justifiably be interpreted as elite.  The Murray family have done more for tennis across the UK than the LTA have.  They believe in investment at grass roots and that no child should be denied the right to try the sport regardless of family background etc.
I think they will leave an amazing legacy up here in Scotland as they are an inspriation to lots of young children and it maybe won't be a surprise to see the next few players to make it will perhaps be Scottish, especially if the proposed tennis centre at Craiglockart gets the go ahead.

At the end of the day, she is just an immesily proud Mum and who could blame her, she deserves the plaudits that some fairer setions of the media are giving her.

I have posted this on another thread but I was very surprised to read that Judy has not even been offered membership of the All England Club, ridiculous.
I think Judy puts a tremendous amount of work into promoting the sport of  Tennis she should certainly get an honour of some kind

What backhand? I only see Judy very lightly tapping the ball over the net for the children.
