Only one player has won 5 MS before winning a Slam and that was Rios. Lendl would probably double that record if MS existed back then but the general theme's relevant, providing Murray's performance doesn't drop off a cliff like Rios did there's no reason to be particularly worried given his level of consistency outside Slams for the last 18 months.
