Robinsons Wimbledon TV Ad 2009
Seriously, my nerves tingled when it went silent on match point there and everyone celebrated!

You can clearly hear Nadal in that video and obviously you are supposed to think Murray is there too
That's what I thought too, but I didn't like the ad .... I didn't think it was very imaginative unlike the very cute guy who goes into the laundrette and strips off his Levis - liked that one a lot !

It wasn't imaginative but it worked for me, I love hype

It's like on the film Wimbledon, just the thought of someone British walking out onto centre court gets me every time, the fact that Robinsons are clearly implying Andy (because lets face it, who else is gunna get the title!), just makes it even better.

It would be great to have a thread for seriously good "ads". Another one I really like is the Coke ad with the girls mooning over a manual worker who has stripped off his shirt ........

I'm so excited for Wimbledon, I really believe he will do it this year because right now I think he's going to be at his best on grass. I don't think his chances will improve from here, it will stay at the same level and I'm pretty certain he will win Wimbledon at some point.

Gotta agree with you 100%. I think I'll have to phone in work sick for the Sunday when he makes it to the final!

No no .......... he surely has a better chance at the US Open. Apart from anything else, IN HIS HEAD, he believes he plays better on hard courts, therefore he will.

You would probably have to, so you could manage this website! It's going to be mental.
I'll be taking a holiday for the first week if I end up going...
