Well considering if he ever wins the golden slam I'll probably end up getting excessively drunk and do it anyway.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know whether it's Andy or Andrew engraved on the USO trophy?I know his formal name is Andrew, but it's been a long, long time since he was referred to as that-even on the passes for his box,I remember seeing one zoomed in on in some article, possibly Kim's or somebody else, and it was referring to whoever it was as guest of Andy Murray, rather than Andrew.

Dont know, but all the official records have him as Andy, why would that be any different?  Now if your question was about the Wimbledon Trophy I'd be less sure.....

Surely it must be Andy.   They'd not have engraved Andrew Roddick I'm sure.

LOL. I'm so sorry, for some reason that struck me as hilariously funny! I'm clearly becoming hysterical again!

What does he actually get to take home with him? I read something that said the winner of the US Open gets to keep the trophy each year. Then on one of his interviews post win he said he doesn't get to have the trophy at all, he just gets a replica. Anyone know what will actually end up keeping his Gold Medal company?
