Anyone wishing to learn more about Scottish culture and, in particular, the Scots' ambivalence to being Scottish should read poems by Kathleen Jamie - "The Queen of Sheba" sums us Scots up.  We're slaves to the "who do you think you are" concept, and I think it ultimately hampers progress.  Here's hoping our Andy can overcome this.
