Couldn't stop myself from heading over to Wimbledon last night to get a piccy of the Golden Postbox. Parking no problem. You could also take in the museum as well? Murraytastic!

I'm still waiting as well Ruthie I have been told by my local post office that only 500 post offices throughout UK were given a limited number and they are now sold out. Beginning to wonder if this has been an advertising con by the PO. If my stamps do arrive I'll let you know.

Thanks Iris. Post has just come and still no stamps. I suspected that it would be difficult to buy at local PO which is why I ordered on line. But that was a week ago Tuesday so even allowing for 5 working days before they dispatched them should have received by now.

I know I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

Those of us still waiting don't wish to know that bbh - kindly leave the stage [as they used to say in the music halls according to my mother]

Placed my online order for the Olympic stamps on the night Andy won and I am still waiting for them.
Checked my bank account today and the payment didn't came off my account until 7 days later on 13th August, so hopefully there has been an inevitable Royal Mail administrative delay and they are now on their way?!

I ordered mine the day Andy won the Gold, it took longer than the stated 5 days to arrive but they got here wednesday. They are now nicely framed and have pride of place. Keep looking at them at the moment to remind me how well he played and that we musnt panic over yesterdays loss. Be patient you two sure they will be with you soon.
