Still no sign of the draw and I hope I'm not tempting fate by starting this thread but couldn't resist posting this line from the press statement on the Cinci website about Rafa's withdrawal: 'and Olympic gold medalist Andy Murray headlines a field that also includes four-time Western & Southern Open champion Roger Federer, three-time finalist Novak Djokovic and Americans Andy Roddick, Mardy Fish and John Isner'. Yay our gold medalist headlines over numbers 1 and 2 in the world. I do hope he'll be fit enough to defend his title and he does need more match practice before USO. All being well he'll have recuperated physically and mentally by next week.  |
