Well that's reassuring......because I had the impression that he never seems to do as well in his singles when he tries to do both! Maybe I'm wrong! confused

More down to his motivation at the tournaments he does well in doubles in, it's also easier to look good in doubles when you aren't fit which is why it's dominated by 30+'s on tour.

I know it's disappointing, but a bit unfair.  He's not a one man band in the doubles.  Having said that, I didn't see the match, so have no idea how he played.

I did wonder, as I watched the matches for a bit to see if that match appeared, but it didn't, and I got distracted with other things.  Smile
