No expectations at all - that way I won't be disappointed.

Should be good to see the draw unfold on Friday.

Now, the ones that have the potential for an upset - that's a different thread. Very Happy

Ha-ha ... well why didn't you open one yourself?  Mine are usually pretty good anyway, but as everyone knows exactly what's been going on I felt an intro was unnecessary so used a photo instead.

Same here Bev.  Depending on the draw, if he can get through two or three matches unscathed I'll be happy, and even happier if he does better, but I'll be taking each match as it comes.

I'm  pray he gets to the second week but really have no expectation.
Also  pray for a favourable draw in the early stages.

Agree with rest of you would love to see him into 2nd week but what will be will be. Anything after 3rd round will be a bonus, just glad he is playing at all Smile

But you never know we could be pleasantly surprised and he could go further than we expect  cmon yeah

I just want him to get as far as he can WITHOUT causing himself more injury.  Hoping for a good couple of easy but challenging matches (ie straight setters) and then he should be well into his stride.

True - they last met in the QF of the 2008 USO - but that doesn't mean it's going to happen in Melbourne, although I would like to see a fit Andy play Delpo in a Slam at some point.
