Ah, I thought I was right about them having a break in the 2nd set duh

Andy and Jamie Murray were knocked out of the Indian Wells Masters doubles, as Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer won their third-round singles matches.

The British pair took the first set and led second seeds Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor by a break in the second, but could not build on their 2-0 lead.

Mirnyi and Nestor battled back to take the set on a tie-break and eventually won 6-7 (5-7) 7-6 (7-5) 10-5.

It was obviously a very competitive match against an established doubles pairing - so the boys did well.  Pity they didn't win but the plus side is Andy can now go down to Florida and spend time with Lendl - the downside is Jamie loses points that he can ill afford to lose.

My thinking exactly Alis.  Does suggest they played well to push established stars of the dubs circuit so close.  Hope that helps restore Andy's confidence before Miami and I'm sure more time with Lendl will be useful.  But shame if it means Jamie loses points.
