Good night Deb.  I've just got a few more threads to catch up with, then I'm off to bed too.

I'm planning on mixing a few cocktails to watch the documentary.... Don't even get me started on Wimbledon lol Wink
I wont be able to see the documentary  here in Oslo. Hope it can be posted on MW or Youtube.

We should come up with a Wimbeldon cocktail.... green, purple and white. I'll look in my Bartender book to see if I can find something!

I bought some Jacob's Creek wine because with each bottle you could enter a draw for Wimbledon tickets. Closing date for entries is tomorrow, so I'm hoping for some good news.....

I just missed it. Anyone know if it's to be repeated or will I have to wait for it to appear on iPlayer?

I missed the review of Wimbledon 2012 on TV, but if it's the same as the official dvd I bought (purely because Andy reached the final) I was surprised by how little of Andy is in it. If my memory serves me right, he isn't actually mentioned until they get to talking about the third round.

There's a bit too much of Federer in it for my taste, but I suppose he did win the thing.

tj yes there's no mention of Andy until the Baggy match. The whole thing was narrated in the hushed tones usually reserved for royalty and sounded like a throw back to the 1950s.  Nevertheless it got me into training for shedding a few  - let's hope it will only be tears of joy over next fortnight.  cmon yeah

The BBC like to be unbiased and rightly so, Wimbledon is an event watched by millions worldwide, as brits we notice the Andy Murray factor but from a different perspective the main talking points for people outside the UK would be Nadal's shock exit and Federer winnig his 7th title

Lashurst,Prodigy has extremely kindly said he's going to upload the documentary to youtube. So you might have to wait a little while (I don't know much about putting videos online, but I gather it can take quite a while for them to load or whatever) but you will get to see it! yay

That's great Dani. Prodigy has been so helpful in that respect. It'll be worth the wait.
