Yes indeed, he doesn't really feel comfortable with the media despite loads of practice.

You could be right but then that would mean he was constantly being defensive every time he is on camera. My take on it is he always feels insecure on camera, not defensive, and that's why we see all these little actions so often.

Maybe 'defensive' was too strong a word to use.  More awkward and uncomfortable, really.

Yep, same here. I'd bet good money that it's insecurity because I can completely relate to the way he fidgets.

A lot of them are very typical, like touching the back of his neck and then he has a few of his own like pulling the skin under his chin lol

Actually, that doesn't appear to be what you said. You seemed to be making out as though he was having some sort of meltdown on camera.

The fact is that it's a still picture. He could have been just rubbing his bloody neck for all we know.

Also Daisy was talking about personal space, I'm only talking about what it's like for him to have a camera facing his way. I don't know how he feels about personal space.

No, I said I'd meltdown in that situation which is quite definitely a step or two farther than what we saw Andy experiencing in that picture.  But, then again, Andy has had lots of practise at this type of thing - but - doesn't mean he has to like it or ever really get used to it.  I was sympathising with him as I could see he was very uncomfortable.

I don't think he was just rubbing his neck - his expression is wrong for that ......

Well, I felt those microphones were very definitely in his personal space.  That would be my definition anyway.
