I'm not in the least bothered by England's footie woes. lol  At least they tend to achieve a little more than Scotland ever does!

Why not do what they did before shoot-outs came into being and have a replay?  Or is that asking too much in today's seemingly packed footie calendar?
Replays. And they kept on replaying until there was a winner. It was farcical.

The drama of penalties is something you can't reproduce. Every player that has to take one knows the consequences. Losing a penalty shoot-out is one of the worst feelings in football.. but then winning one is one of the best.

Football has 99 problems, but penalties aint one.

Andy is on Facebook just now responding to fans questions. Over 4000 comments so far but he's started replying to some and they're appearing as the top comments.

'How did you stop yourself laughing after Federer lost to Stakhovsky?'

I wonder if he'll answer.

Very much doubt it - Andy would know an elephant trap when he saw one by now.

I'm glad he thought the atmosphere was great because it seemed to me that a lot more support could have been given.  Hopefully that will come because Andy was interviewed on BBC Scotland and said he (not surprisingly) felt under more pressure than ever now with Fed and Nadal out, but hoped he could cope with it.

John lloyd and chris bradnam making some good points about length of grass season compared to clay and hard seasons

Remember 3 of the 4 slams used to be on grass now there is only 3 weeks of tournaments!

Now normally I am the first to want Andy to stay away from social media - usually because he always tended to have better spells on court when he was away from it all, but I am a bit concerned about his current black out and wondering if all is okay fitness wise. If you look at his activity up until yesterday's match he was very active and there has not been a peep from him since.
