Murray on Twitter & Facebook

Quote

Andy was on the BBC news earlier on. I wondered if it was part of a wider piece on the DC tie, but they asked him about what he said on Twitter.

Andy was really funny. Barely suppressing his amusement, he said that he would have thought by now that people would know he wouldn't announce marriage plans on Twitter first Smile.
You would think?  But such are people!  Very Happy

Yeah I seen it.....that Susanna whatever her name (the one that was on strictly) Was being a right snooty ***** about it. She kept rolling her eyes and said "why would he do that"  "i bet his girlfriend wasnt impressed" in a right haughty manner  Rolling Eyes

Ah well - some people take themselves and others way too seriously.  I'm sure Kim is well aware of what her guy and his sense of humour is like.

I thought Susanna said something along the lines of, 'He probably meant it as a joke and the media took it far too seriously'.  I'm pretty sure it was the sports commentator who made a snide comment but maybe I saw the clip at a different time to you Angie.  Charlie was very supportive with his, 'I hope Andy never changes - I love his dry humour!'

Yeah you must have Alis because they repeat the same stories throughout the morning,  Charlie was laughing about it also when I watched but there was defo some serious eye rolling from her.
