Eh? Allan?
It definetly wasn't Nadal. I'll put money on that. Was it Virginia Wade?
Neah ...she retired early....coz she broke her nails...at least they put in her in the correct draw tho.... the mens Andy could use her advise on how to trim facial hair more so than tennis

Fed- Tsonga is more of a ratings draw...alot of people have never heard of Chardy! In terms of competitiveness Its difficult to say which match will win there also, Jo has put on some wonderful entertaining performances in slams, he likes a big stage. could challenge even win tbf. Chardy has played great stuff all week and has beaten Andy before so again could be really competitive. I can't see andy making the same mistakes twice though, he was caught off guard in Cinci. So I hope Andy plays later in the day 3 straight sets...and on his way. Fed and Jo play at night 5 long greulling sets. that'll do me

I think if Andy was playing DelPo, he would likely get the night session, but that's not the case.
And yes, Tsonga was indeed the last unseeded player to upset him at a slam, ranked 38th. Gonzales was the 12th seed at the French Open 2009.

Still the heat of the day I think Fed has only had one match during the day Yup, the first one, when Tomic got the night session. Almagro is leading Ferrer 2-0 in sets...

Yeah.. I've been watching Amalgro and been impressed with his form, but didn't think he could pull the trigger against his compatriot.
I underestimated him.

Ferrer was finding Kei difficult at first but then Kei's form waned and Ferrer pounced. Just checking out the weather for tomorrow - slightly cooler than today with partial cloud. Thunderbolts and lightning forecast for Friday That mean the roof will be closed then?

To be fair, Ferrer is woeful. But still the H2H is an amazing 12-0 for Ferrer and you wouldn't have expected Almagro to turn it around here of all places. Impressive.ETA: I take that back for now. I obviously overestimated his mental state. If Andy gets to the semis I hope the weather will have calmed down by the time they play. Idoorerer mustn't strike again in a slam.

Another middle of the night match for many of us. At least the whole of Andy's match should be shown. There was a top player I followed who was not always great at the masters but great at the gs's. he often played just as well as he needed to to win at the early rounds as there was no sense tiring hisself out or peaking before the really important matches. I see Andy doing this and having a plan. I think he will do well tomorrow night. Teensy I enjoyed your long post.
