Tipsarevic said he injured the foot while changing directions during a rally late in the seventh game of the first set, and could barely walk on it afterward.

I must say I admire Simon for hanging in here. I'd feel happier though if Andy had a fitter and more testing opponent, but I suppose this is better than playing no match at all, although Simon doesn't seem to be doing too badly given the circumstances.
