I'm beginning to feel sorry for Simone but he's a plucky guy and is doing his best to entertain. Andy may be cruising as the comms say but he hasn't found his best game during this tourney and he's going to need it soon.

A counter puncher like Andy always fights back.

I have just realised that the night session starts with Serena, but German ES stays faithful to Andy. Yet, match could soon be over.

Eighth-seeded Janko Tipsarevic retired from his fourth-round match at the Australian Open with an injured left foot while trailing Nicolas Almagro 6-2, 5-1 on Sunday. Tipsarevic said he injured the foot while changing directions during a rally late in the seventh game of the first set, and could barely walk on it afterward.

What a terrific Andy forehand for 30-15. Best shot of the match!

I was supposed to be on a flight from Glasgow to Heathrow with an onward connection to Prague. Been cancelled twice now.
The bonus is that I get to see the match live on TV!
Crap! I've crossed over to Williams match!
Upgraded to an HD ticket - best $10 I spent of my hubbys hard earned cash

I must say I admire Simon for hanging in here. I'd feel happier though if Andy had a fitter and more testing opponent, but I suppose this is better than playing no match at all, although Simon doesn't seem to be doing too badly given the circumstances.

Simon calling for the trainer....
How many times have we seen a losing player call for a medical time out, then come out and play like a world number 1?
Not going to happen here though!

Thanks. I thought it was maybe his wrist bothering him again. Doesn't sound too good though.

One is Mats Wilander. Don't know who the Brit is.
I'm watching TV Eurosport 2 HD and there's no Mats on here, Frew McM and someone I don't know. Must be different on the computer stream.
