So after a tough 3 set win, Andy is through to the quarters, where he will face Istomin who saw off country man Lleyton Hewitt, 7-5 7-5.

Good luck Andy.  Won't be able to watch but hope to be able to record.  I'm hoping he will have found his rhythm after this first tricky match.

Yes they have. Andy beat Hewitt 26 61 76 to claim his maiden title at San Jose in 2006.

oh no just checked and espn seems to be showing WTA live tennis from China just when Andy will be playing. Am wondering whether they might switch to Brisbane given he's playing.  I think I'll record just in case.

There is always a live stream Ruthie. But, if you are at work I guess that can provide some trouble.

They're not showing this tourney on my TV, otherwise I would tape it and watch in the morning.
I don't..think..I..can..stay..up..until 1:00am onwards..

I might make it out of bed for 6 am tomorrow. Bet 365 is my best bet - my computer won't let me doownload some of the necessary things which lsh tells me I need to view it, but 365 is quite reliable. Can't find any TV channel Eurosport or Sky transmitting anything other than women - very poor I say.
