I found myself waking up just before the match was due to start - my body clock is clearly on Andy time ready for the AO! Followed it on livescores - such a shame that Kei had to pull out - his career really has been plagued by so much injury.

Pleased that Andy's through to the final though - the match against Dimitrov should be a good one. Smile

I'm in the mood to tell you all why I was awake at that ungodly hour now. We had a power cut where I live, one of those stupid intermittent ones. One of my phones is mains operated and every time the power came back on the bloody thing kept beeping and disturbing my sleep! It sounds funny, but at 2am it isn't. Still, it meant I could follow what Andy was up to, even if the Ipad prevented me from seeing it.

2am GMT for the final tomorrow? Damn! I might as well be a good girl and go to church then - put a good word in for Andy for the AO LOL.

Fingers crossed for the final tomorrow. I have a good feeling.

Still too early for me I suspect. Never mind, the AO isn't far away now. I can record any late/very early matches Andy plays from there.

Indeed, if my memory is right it's on Eurosport. Something tells me it might be on one of the regular Sky Sports channels too, but don't quote me on that lol.

Just watched my recording. Really felt for Kei when he walked off court, he looked so down. Frown Hope he can recover in time for the AO - if fit I could see him reaching R4 and maybe even the QFs depending on the draw.

I thought Andy played pretty well - slow start but then he really improved as the match went on. He's looking in good shape ahead of Australia.

Kei says he'd consulted docs before the match, and so decided to play, although of course when he felt more pain he decided to pull out rather than risk aggravating what he says is fairly mild tendinitis which he hopes 2/3 days rest plus treatment will help.  So do we, Kei. #fingerscrossed
