Didn't realise Andy was playing doubles - just posted on FB
Get started in Brisbane tomorrow with Baghdatis in the dubs.
wow would love to see that as Baghdatis is one of my next favourite players. Given the field looks like quite a tough draw to me. But I don't think we should read too much into it, if Andy doesn't win as it's a weird week the first week of the new season. That said, I hope he does both to give him a boost and also to maximise his match practice - which another reason why good he's playing dubs.

Andy and Baggy are the last match on Pat Rafter Arena today.
Again, I ask if anyone is having problems getting on the Brisbane International Tennis website? I am, and I just wonder if they are using 'clouds' to host their interwebby? If so, this seems to be a problem for me and my ISP

So does this mean anything to those computer savvy people out there? I did a trace on the website.

You can get through to the official website via the ATPTour web site link or from the bbc tennis
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/tennis/16372414.stm
then take the link to Brisbane International.

Doesn't work any way I try Dex
which is as annoying as it is puzzling.
Andy and Baggy won in straight sets, 6-2 6-2, so a good start for them both.

Yes, they would be very entertaining to watch as a doubles team, and they could meet in the singles third round.

Baggy can be a bit of a bogey player for Andy but let's hope not this week.

Nice offer mate, but it looks like there will be streams from Brisbane after all. Bet365.com are now slated to show Tomic and Baggy matches tomorrow, so no reason to suspect they won't show Andy on Tuesday.

Aah, of course I meant Abu Dhabi
Anyway, as I said elsewhere, Andy's psychic chart is apparently amazing for 2012 so we can all stop worrying......

Interesting to see Murray playing in an event where the big 3 are not playing once again, he should win this event but being a big fish in a small pond does not win you majors he has been solid in the masters and the 500's in the past but unfortunately for him this does not equate to major titles.

Yeah, Andy's been there, done that, got the trophy (a couple of times I think) and thought he'd try the Gold Coast for a change. They each have their own preparations for the AO. Still same numbers of points on offer though.
