Thought I'd start a topic for this, because there's gonna be a big change very soon!

Current ranking points:
Henners 816
Rusedski 800
Andy 763

The big news is that Tim is defending 75 (Dubai QF) big juicy points this week. Andy and Greg are defending zilch, zip, nada, nowt.

SO, if Tim goes out early in Rotterdam, he may be British number 3 this time next week. Crazy.

AND, if Andy goes a couple of rounds further than Greg, he may be British number 1 this time next week. Crazier.

roflmao Did you see the way he looked at the medal type thing he was given in the box last night along with the trophy - he couldn't wait to get a look at it, and made no attempt to disguise the fact.  He's just so refreshingly 'normal'.

I really don't think he does. We were talking about this on another thread and he said it doesn't actually MEAN anything. He really just wants his tennis to improve more than anything and if that means being British Number one then that's what it means, if not then fair enough. In fact, if you consider his comments about the press and the pressure I'd be willing to bet he actuallt doesn't want to be British number one quite yet.

How things change so quickly in the tennis world but especially for british tennis. I definetly do think tim will be british number 3 very soon. His got a very tough draw greg will be number 2 and andy one. It sounds werid when u say that something i Will have to get use to. U have to fell sorry for tim though.

Yeah, I tried to put it down to that, also respect for Hewitt and exhaustion. He was the same in Aberdeen though.
