Oh heck, I hope he doesn't have to play any more Challengers.
They give very few Entry points, and no Race points. All that effort for very little reward. Remember if he makes the 2nd round and loses in the second round of an ATP tournie (may even be the first round, I've forgotten
)he gets more points than a Challenger event, so why waste time at Challengers in the middle of nowhere that lack any atmosphere?
It would be such a step backward.
Stay with the main ATP events. That's the only way he's going to make top twenty by the end of the year.

to Challengers from this tennis fan.
