Yes well done Andy you played to win and won. For some reason Andy was always smiling, maybe to loose the tension.
Anyway seemed to help. Poor Simon was exhausted from yesterday. Good win Andy yay yay

Andy played a canny game. Always relaxed which was good to see. I think he never felt that he could lose.
A little aside they certainly have an obesity problem in America, some of the lines men and women are huge. Certainly not good for their health.

Great stuff Andy and good interview. Good analysis of Simon's play - showing up Cowan's more uninformed comments.

I don't think it will be, things are going Fish's way and Nadal is 'fading away' surely it's not just his burnt fingers that are to blame?

Well done Andy! As one of the new members of the site who have come over from the "other" one, so happy that at least this has all happened while Andy has gone back to winning ways! Smile

Fish is leading the 2nd set 4-2, I'd like Nadal to win second set and then have them go to a third set....but we'll see.

Fish has won 6-3, 6-4 so Andy will need to bring his A game!!!  Sending good vibes for a good nights sleep, a good healthy breakfast and a confident and winning attitude tomorrow.

Come on Andy bring Mr Magic to the court and teach that arrogant yank a thing or two.  Really irritates me when the comms. are talking up Fish's chance of winning the USO - he has never won a Masters series yet.  Okay he is playing very well on the American Hard Courts but I can't remember him getting very far in the other three GS's so far this year.   I really hope Andy exacts his revenge for Queens last year - Fish's behaviour was abysmal and very unsporting.  Come on Andy batter the Fish.....................

Yes I remember him at Queens complaining about the light, because Andy was playing better. Do not like him at all a very arrogant man.
