Right.

Its a bit messy at the moment but he is holding his own in the rankings at least.
The changes Andy is making will eventually click into place.
And when they do we will know if Andy is a true contender or not.
But as the realisation of the need to adapt has come so late to him, we are simply going to have to be more patient.
But you never know, a good result, such as a final at Wimbledon or a medal at the same venue a month later might set everything up nicely for the US Open.
I can't believe he is going to put up with Nadal beating him on a fast hardcourt forever. Its unnecessary & something that really shouldn't happen on paper.

Andy should definitely have a say over Nadal at both hard court majors, so Nadal should really not be a problem there, though unfortunately, he is. As to Wimbledon, Andy's game looks tailor made for this surface and yes, I agree - Nadal is not going to win that forever and Federer will be stopped by someone before he reaches there and that leaves Nole. But the real danger going forward will probably be Raonic but the odds should be greater of him falling in the same half as Andy or meeting him on the way. I agree wholeheartedly - we’ll just have to be more patient and cautiously watch the situation in hand and see how the Lendl/Murray partnership unfolds before our eyes. Enough time hasn't passed to make any solid conclusions - good or bad.
