Worth noting that it's the same sort of people that cheer on possibly racist cheating scumbags like John Terry that abuse and slate a genuinely nice person like Andy Murray for no reason whatsoever. Thick-skulled I think is the word to describe them...

Even when Andy wins a GS they will still hound him, it disgusts me he is the best sportsman we have had in years.

In most cases these knobs are just eager to follow a hype for two weeks when we are deprived of football, no clue about how many points in a game or that there are seeds outside the top 4. I don't really think it's Andy's fault, forget them. Smile

If someone "knowledgeable" smugly tells me one more f**king time how unlucky Andy is to be playing with the likes of Djokovic, whom Andy will beat i believe with increasing regularity, or Roger Federer who hasn't won a slam for 2 and a half years, i will probably do them damage.

Morons, morons, morons. I HATE them. They should look at all the hackers in all the tennis clubs in all the land and then close their eyes and imagine the amount of talent, skill and dedication it takes to reach NUMBER FOUR IN THE WORLD. It's unimaginable.

It's incredible isn't it. The same people who worship Rooney who isn't even in the top 5 players in his position, let alone his sport, are able to decide that the 4th best player in the world of another sport is a bottler and a failure.

I was watching the twitter feed for people mentioning Andy Murray. The amount of xenophobic, anti-Scottish bile was astonishing.

Also, every 5 or so posts someone made the Scottish when he loses, British when he wins joke, as though it has just been mentioned for the first time.
