Japan Open: Murray vs Baghdatis

This link shows local time in Tokyo:

Tennis TV will be livestreaming from Oct 6th, so hopefully should pick up livestream then.
Grrr!  That's the trouble with tennisTV - never shows any of the early rounds in Masters.  So it looks like nobody's going to get to see this match.  Live scores only.  Oh well - hope Andy bags baggy. cmon yeah

Let's hope he goes all the way - that one of our Tv channels decides to show the latter end of the tourney - or that we find a decent live stream. Enjoying all your comments - let's hope he wins another.

Nothing on sport lemon either. Goodness knows who's seeing this. Thailand Open was very good by having a link on their site.
Hei Bev, are you busy, or will we be getting a H2H?
I'll be at work and wont be able to see the match. unfortunately.

Andy has lost 3 times to Baggy, last time in Rotterdam in that depressing period after the Aussie Open.

I dont expect him to lose tomorrow though! toot

Stop me if I'm being unduly harsh, but I'm a bit peed off to see him playing doubles with Jamie this week. If he wants to overtake Fed, then why jeopardise that by knackering himself out in a 500, with a Masters in which he's the defending champion next week, straight off the back of a 250 title last week? Insane personal scheduling IMO. Is he not taking this event seriously?

Not Unduly harsh Joe I was thinking the same thing but I have a feeling he will go out tomorrow in singles, this week is about Jamie.  But having said that he hardly broke a sweat last week. Yes this week will be harder (if he stays in) but he is fit and should cope at least he will be match fit!

I agree, and I expressed the same concern myself on another thread.
It also contradicts and undermines his argument about the pressure of the ATP scheduling, for which he talked about strike action.
So it doesn't add up really, does it?   Shrug

Anyway, nothing we can do about it but lets hope he doesn't suffer the consequences. Us too!

If anyone else has already mentioned this I apologise but have just read the Yahoo sport page which is a great article about how we should Cherish Andy.  Worth a read. Sorry I dont know how to attach links.

Thanks, Tessie.  I had posted it under "News Articles."  I thought it was great too.  Don't worry: I'm new to all this too:)
