Interesting move.
What do we all think? I am pleased to see Murray appoint someone, thought he could do with guidance and help. Lendl was a late developer in terms of winning grand slams, too.

Andy has announced Ivan Lendl as his new full time coach, with the eight time Grand Slam winner set to take up his duties with immediate affect.
“It was important to me that any new person joining my team was able to add fresh insight,” said Andy. “Ivan’s impact on the game is unquestionable and he brings experience and knowledge that few others have, particularly in major tournaments. I look forward to working with him going forward.”
A 19 time Major Singles finalist who clocked up 270 consecutive weeks at No. 1, Lendl today welcomed working with Andy:
“I am really excited to have the opportunity to work with Andy. He is a unique talent and I look forward to trying to help him reach his goals.”
