It should be 2:30pm your time, Apollo. Andy's playing 9:30pm Madrid time, that's 8:30pm UK time at night. So it's 2:30om in the afternoon your time.
Thanks EJ, I haha got up this morning at 5:30 expecting to see a bit of Andy's match and Warinka was playing.  So I checked out my world clock on my phone and saw I was way off base.  Hopefully it DVR's so I can see it when I get home.

Courage doesn't always roar - but wins Wimbledon

I'm still positive about Andy today. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Andy does it in two.

People can umm and ahh and all that, but Andy won the other day, in straight sets too. We should be quite pleased about that, rather than questioning the win. Andy said himself it might have been easier for him if he'd read Mayer's serve better, but there we are. He got it done without the need for a third set.

Andy doesn't have a 10-1 winning h2h over Simon for nothing. Sure, Simon can be awkward when he wants, but Andy knows how to get it done against him. Andy in two.

I see Andy has the night match in the magic box -not before 8.30 UK time. That's good for all of you who can't be at home during the day but hope it doesn't start too late or go on too long.
im just glad i will be able to watch if i can get good livestream link

Berdych awaits after this.

Anyway, I think both Mayer and Simon will (I know, I know, one has already happened) provide Andy to be in perfect match shape as they are both good on clay. So he should be well prepared by the time he meets with Berdy. At this point really and I know I am looking ahead, but a win over Berdych on clay will be tremendous boost for Andy. But yes, let's take 1 match at a time.

The H2H is so lopsided that I have slight concerns about over-confidence. More to do with his fans than Andy himself. Such heavy over-confidence makes me a little bit anxious.

I don't see Simon beating Andy on clay. It's that simple.

From Gilles:

'Never.'

I'll be honest, that actually worries me a little.

You know the pride comes before a fall thing?Well,I don't mean that exactly, because I know Andy wasn't being arrogant about it at all-he wasn't saying Simon would never beat him, just that he'd never let him win-but it's the timing of it all. That answer right before he plays him?Life has a funny way of screwing things like that at times!

Also,if he does lose to him,it'd be very easy for journos and nasty commentators to use that comment against our man.

Hopefully though,I'm just getting anxious where I don't need to,Andy will win,and that comment will remain as just a part of a fun little interview.

Looking forward to seeing how Andy responds to the chance he has here.  An amazing chance to make his first clay final, so I want to see a dominant performance with none of the physical issues he had in the first game where he really struggled against an average opponent.

I have always believed he can succeed on this surface and in flashes he has demonstrated he can.  It would be just wonderful to see him take the title this week.  He normally does step it up when the draw opens for him, so here's hoping he can at least make the final.

Not surprised to see Fed exit early, he has done nothing of note all year, and I would say Fed fans should start to be very concerned.  He took a break to put himself in prime shape and thus far it is hard to see any benefit.  I think he may well slip from the top four by the middle of the year.

Gilles will likely beat Andy one day, and clay is the most likely venue - but not today!
