Well, you wont be able to wave a Murray banner this year, so, do you have another banner for another player?

I don't actually recall that, only that he was offended that Murray sent his agent rather than make a personal approach. Additionally, Stefanki is courtside at every match that Roddick plays, so not sure if it could have been that. I do recall, however, that Gilbert said he would not go on the road 52 weeks of the year, and, I believe his contract was for 26 weeks
only on the road.
Daisy, you are probably correct.
I think that I misinterpretered what Stefanki actually said. However, it is my opinion that Larry S should have been the coach for Murray, and I had long thought that to be the case, even before Stefanki rejected Andy M and before he took up with Andy R.

I was in Monte-Carlo yesterday with my husband and a few friends. We had the tickets for the central court. We (my husband and i) didn't watch Djokovich because i wanted to see Andy's arrival at the tennis club, so we have attended him at the entrance. We have seen many players. When he arrived i was so excited and happy...he was so near to me, so close when he walked inside. He was a little pale, very tall and beautiful. He has a very fantastic body, so proportioned, elegant and strong, his posture is amazing. I supposed he would be more muscular because on tv he seems more big and large. I always found him attractive but in person he's even more beautiful. I saw him many times around the tennis club but i didn't ask him an autograph because he was always running and surrounded by people, fans and security and i was afraid to disturb him. I was just happy to see him. We watched his training through a hole in the enclosure, Ross was very amusing, he danced on the court while he was waiting for Andy. The foot-tennis was funny and Andy seemed relaxed and amused. He laughed often, he seemed to have a good time and he just seemed a normal young boy who enjoyed himself...he touches me. Then my husband wanted to watch the Nadal's match so, unfortunately for me, we left Andy's training. When Andy arrived on court i had a bad sensation because of the last results. His attitude on court was eloquent. The match was a pain for me, the crowd believed that he didn't care about the match, they asked...why he has come if he didn't wont to play??....i wanted to cry! The only thing that encourage me is that i've seen him very happy off the court.
Sorry, my english is terrible, so i write very rarely but i read all days and my heart is with Andy whatever happens!

Absolutely gutted with Andy Murrays performance. He let me and British tennis fans in general down big time. There was a distinct lack of passion in his peformance. No balls, no self-esteem, absolutely nothing. I am sure he understands perfectly well why the crowd turned on him as he was leaving the court. Stop feeling sorry for yourself Andy, take a break, dust yourself down and rid yourself of all of these negative thoughts in your head and come back better and stronger. If you dont you can kiss any progress in Paris or Wimbledon goodbye. Remember Andy, its far quicker falling down the ladder than it was climbing it!!

Courage isn't absence of fear but mastery of it.

Thank you for your interesting post. Your English is excellent. I am just so envious that you have been so near to Andy, an experience I would very much like to have, because I really do think he's an extremely likeable and attractive young man, sexy even - and I am old enough to be his grandmother!
It must have been terrible for you to have to watch him being so miserable on court and feel the hostility of the crowd, when you had seen him so happy off it. It was bad enough for us here in the UK.
But it is this that is so puzzling. He is apparently happy and relaxed off-court, yet when he walks onto the court, all that changes and he just seems to lose his way. This is why, like many of his supporters, I feel that there has to be something going on in his head which is related to his tennis and which he needs to attend to so that he can move forward. Perhaps it is some form of depression? He says he has not fallen out of love with the sport, so
all we can do is hope that whatever the problem is, he finds a way of overcoming it soon.

Thanks Aileen....
you are right. when he has come on the court his relaxtation and happiness has gone. He seems disorientated and unhappy, he seems as if he wonted to leave soon the court, as if the match was a weigh, i don't know. I don't thing that Kim has something to do with this situation, i believe that's a mental problem only about tennis. The AO final was a too great delusion for him and he can't see something positive in those ordeal. He's narked, resigned, without reactions. He needs confidence. He has lost the desire of play, of fight. I hope that this moment will leave soon!!!

Your English is quite fantastic and proves your admiration for Murray. Congratulations.
In some other threads, I remarked that Andy has not won any tournaments since he split from Kim and further since he became sponsored by Adidas and left Fred Perry.
In particular, this year his tennis problems commenced when he was defeated by Robredo in the Hopman Cup final after having won the first set. Robredo and others to whom he subsequently lost were (apart from Federer in AO) players he had defearted in the past or had a vastly superior world position and ought to have succeeded.
There is no doubt that whatever is troubling Murray, he must overcome this current demise. He is TOO talented a player to remain in the doledrums.

Hmmm ... I'd completely forgotten the Adidas contract .... I wonder what they are saying about all this. One thing for sure, he will not be collecting the many bonuses paid for the high profile wins.
