I know I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

Neil Harman has just tweeted that they think Nadal has pulled out.
Brad Gilbert too. It's off. They've put the women's doubles back into Murray's slot.

Andy Murray - Olympic and USO champion! :)

It's such a shame that Rafa has pulled out, it could have been a great match.

Personally, I'd rather they played and we saw a great match that Andy loses than getting a default win.

Seemingly Nadal has withdrawn because of knee pain. Pity because I think Andy would have won this match. Now Andy has to put in more practice before the Finals on Sunday, not an ideal situation, but at least he should be fully recovered from his stomach upset and be well rested. I'll be praying for a very long match with Nole and Picco.

Me too. Genuinely gutted about this, was so looking forward to Andy giving Rafa the run-around.
Oh well. Into the final on Sunday then having only played three matches. Certainly got the luck of the draw in terms of injuries this year... whether it's good luck or bad though is anyone's call. Will go into the final having not played in four days, not the ideal preparation.

They you'll have to stay up until 1am watching Djokovic piss all over Monaco. Fun, no?

Nadal's not injured at all is he, he's just scared shitless after what happened in Tokyo. Chose to withdraw rather than get double-bagled.

Still Andy can still wow us by flattening Novak on Sunday. Its the least he can do.

Yes, but sorely lacking match practise, which is not good and reports say Nole getting better each round

Any word on Andy's reaction yet? Would be interesting in hearing his thoughts on this.

Yes that could be a problem, but i dunno I just think that in a Masters final Andy really is the one to beat. he's very comfortable at this level and i believe he has only lost once in a final. To Nadal when there was a tornado in IW. Couldn't bet against him at this level, even against the world number 1. But Novak is looking pretty good for sure.
