Andy wins the toss and elects to receive.

I will be cowering in a corner until it is over. If he plays like Tuesday it will be done and dusted quickly, if not it will be stressful all round. Don't forget Murray beat him in straight sets last time out. I have reached the conclusion that there are 3 main Murrays. The first is when he comes out in that mood whereby he thinks all of the points should be his, and sets out brutally to get them. Those matches are easy to watch as they are a foregone conclusion. Then there are the up and down ones where the odds are he will come out victorious, but not without putting all of us including him through major stresses. Finally there are the ones when from the moment he comes on court, you know it is a waste of time. The trouble is you never know what you are going to get. Of course he occasionally breaks the pattern. No wonder following him is so stressful...!!!  Here's hoping for the first Murray today. Good luck to him.

What was all that chat with the umpire about? I missed it.
Too busy wondering why Andy always has to tie up his shoelaces at coin toss time.

Spray and pastilles help, they are the only ones we've tried.

I tried the drops years ago and they did seem to work.  Really must get pastilles if I can - more convenient.

Going over the rules and Andy having a bit of a joke with ref - couldn't quite hear what was said though.  Comms saying that Andy appears to be in better spirits today than yesterday Rolling Eyes

Livescorehunter - one of comms from yesterday I think, Nick Lester, and the other I recognise from Sky Sports but not sure of the name.

Asking pundits their predictions on the result is utterly pointless. They always just predict the higher ranked player. Unless Murray is the lower ranked player, in which case occassionally they'll say Andy to please the British public.

Did Andy just over-rule there?

Elena - or anyone else with tennisTV - I'm getting a dark splodge in the centre of Andy's half of the court.  Are you?
