I see Andy has deleted that tweet now - probably for the best!
Ah, it probably is but as I said I like to see him plain speaking and the guy deserves it.

Why would that comment upset Murray so much? It's reasonable given Nole's form of late.

Although I suppose it was probably a case of one comment too many from BC.

I know I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

No shock there. It was a nice little insight, though, while it lasted. Confirms to me what I suspected at the time - that my April Fool's was on the ball.

I suspect it wasn't just about that comment.  Although  I didn't see it, from what you were all saying he was pretty negative after the Fish match.  It may be a cumulation and he finally cracked - as did quite a few people on MW when we called for a petition against him!

That's why I wondered if it was actually Andy that sent the tweet - if it was then  its disappointingly childish and uncool. BC is irritating  but didn't deserve that.

He did sooo deserve it! He's been coming out with this rubbish and getting away with it for far too long!

Ruthie and Caz, completely agree. Slanderous, surely not. Very difficult for BC to disprove anyway and highly embarrassing in court Wink

Oh......I'm not sure about that BBH! After all, a sparrow doesn't know what a tennis raquet is for and BC does! Do you think it would make a difference though that he doesn't know which end you're supposed to hit the ball with? Whistle

Why would that comment upset Murray so much? It's reasonable given Nole's form of late.

It's a reasonable comment from people like Andrew Castle who watch the odd Tennis match here and there and see Djokovic is 57-1 coming into the match.

It isn't a reasonable comment from a so called expert. Cowan like most media pundits acts as if his job is to summarise the basic opinions rather than provide any true insight.

well, i may be he only one here who thinks cowan talks sense, but i don't want a commentator to  be partisan.
andy got better each match, but cowan was quite right to say he wouldn't be able to beat fish if he didn't up the ante from the simon game.
equally, djo was on a roll, injured he may have been, tho he hid it before the final, but it was only proper to expect a close encounter which djo would shade
