thanks for that, so does that mean he wont be playing at madrid masters?

Unsure about that, i think he's waiting to see how his progress goes, but i would think if he plays well he might just get the wildcard he needs

I think he has a good draw.  The only problem is Xavier Malisse in quarters and I think that will be a good match.  Could depend on how much the crowd get behind Malisse.  Could be another Belgian in Rochus waiting in the final.  I see that if he beats Heuberger then he will face Dupuis or Carraz, who he has both lost to this year.  I think that Andy would be the strong favourite know though

I actually wish Andy wasn't playing this week, he'll have had two flights which will have caused jet lag and some pretty tough matches in one week, he's surely going to be exhausted and I doubt it would do his confidence any good if he went out in the first round (obviously I hope he doesn't), wonder who's decision this was.
