Does anyone actually have those videos? Or who is uploading all of them?

hydrotherapy Very Happy What the heck is that hand paddle for?

It's quite obvious to me: it increases resistance, so puts more strain on the wrist, which is the bit they're strenghtening. Try moving your arm through water with your hand flat in the direction of movement (so it's cutting the water) - easy peasy. Now turn your hand 90° so it's like a wall to the movement - you're now pushing the water, and it's not as easy. Now imagine your hand twice as large a surface - that's what the paddle is - and it gets harder and harder on the wrist to pull the 'hand' through the water (but no-where near as hard as hitting a tennis ball).

That's what I'm guessing. I can ask my physiotherapist sister to confirm if you want, she's around at the mo.

Hi

As the person with the unenviable job of filming these videos, I thought I'd pop across and say hello. I'm Rob, the guy who does Mark's job (but over at andymurray.com).

Any tips on being better at noughts and crosses, and/or compressing video for YouTube much appreciated! I need serious help on both probably.

Cheers, congrats on the site, and catch you later....

Rob

Hey Rob! Great to have you across! Tip for noughts and crosses, stick to the corners or centre for the frst move. Especially if you're second. Thanks for the videos. Keep up the great work!

It's impossible to lose at noughts and crosses.

Well Rob disproved that one! He lost twice, with practically exactly the same moves...

Rob, what software are you using to convert your raw footage? is there no way to manually reduce your output resolution?
