Christ that brings back memories of Footy training. Used to do all the same stretches when warming up. Stretches was my favourite part of the warm-up because I hated all the jogging and sprinting before-hand; loved being able to get a breather and do some simple stretches whilst chatting and having a laugh.

Thanks John for that - I'd only caught the very end about the 10 minute ice bath - so good to see it all.   I think he is an absolute charmer and am always amazed

that other people don't see the honesty in him, the sudden smile that shows his sense of humour, and the kind polite way he behaves in company.    I hope he knows

there are a few of us around who appreciate him both as a player and a person.
