jumping-w00t heaven-ness!!!1 They are showing it on eurosport and BBC2....i thnk we've got a Murray-lution underway here!  wink

Andy's playing impressivly...he of course had the chance to serve it out for the match, but it was predictable that he wouldn't suceed, unless.... Crying or Very sad
so we're in the 3rd set now!  Rolling Eyes not sure how to take this actually...because the Tiger has definitly come out to catch it's prey after that awful 1st set for Tim.... Neutral such a revelation going on here, i just really hope Andy can look through it and come out on top!!

Yes! Murray has beaten Henman! I'm so happy, 4-0 first set, I was so exited. Than 3 sets, It wasn't the best match, but I have enjoyed it! Who does he meet in the next round?

You're right they haven't played yet. Nalbandian v Karlovic should be on about now, with Berdych v Bastl to follow.

ahh, the tears were definately there. It just shows how strange it must of felt for him to have defeated one of his childhood heroes.

Just occured to me reading this thread that I've never actually seen footage of this match.

Just had a look on youtube and found coverage of the 3rd set TB:

Well, that was then, and this is now.. here we are 7 years on. He's certainly collected some over the years, but I believe he's finally coming to terms with his "mental baggage."

Always remember BBC snapping up the rights for the coverage of the match, very hurriedly!

Murray was very emotional after that.
