Sorry, I edited my post... they might not be pro-labour but they appear to be quite a republican channel. Very pro war and love talking about terrorism - basically they are the Fox News of the UK.

Uncle Rupert will support anybody who helps sell papers or gain viewers. He'll  always be indebted to Mags Thazza tho for allowing the illegal merger with BSB in the first place! no

Ah so totally my sorta channel. Smile

We need to talk about terrorism...to remember it and to fight it. It did kill a bunch of londoners, if you remember.

Sky news in the UK is SO much better than sky news in Oz.

Unfortunately, I have little choice - bbc world is pants compared to news on beeb 1.

BBC News = Serious, accurate.

Sky News = Sensationalist, news for the sake of entertainment.

I wasn't saying that as insult, I prefer the latter of the two.

What annoys me about sky news is when they linger on one thing, waiting for something to happen, and often nothing does!

Anyway, I love my only link back to the UK and wish we were able to access more of it, but alas we only get a few hours of it each day. Frown

I'm a fool - I turned over to sky news at 8:30. For some reason, I had it in my head it was then. Idiot.

Mark, you're lucky that I actually saw you, never mind setting something to record it! Very Happy
