Complete with errors.    "Excited Doha early" could be a typo, but further down" last rights" when he means "last rites" makes me think the first one is also down to ignorance.   Probably more - that was speed reading because I didn't like the content.
yes I noticed that he was unable to spell rites ila - doesn't exactly instil confidence in his journalistic abilities   doh

It's one of my pet hates, Ruthie - not just a spelling slip  but a complete misunderstanding of the word.   I think journalists, or would be journalists, should have a respect for words.    They are the tools of their trade after all.

you're right ila- if doesn't understand the difference between rites and rights, he has no right to be a journalist and the last rites should be read for his career in journalism    w00t

lol  You should be a newspaper journalist Linda!

Absolutely ridiculous article anyway.  Has the writer forgotten that under Lendl Andy won an Olympic Gold, his first Slam, and, above all, Wimbledon not long before he had back surgery from which he's still recovering?  Apart from anything else, Lendl had back problems too, so is the ideal coach for Andy at this time.

Also I don't see any reference to the 10 matches Andy did win this year, 2 of them in Rotterdam.  And since when was losing the AO at the QF stage 'making an early exit'?  These despicable morons just love to pick on the negative.

Murray has been Stalinistic in his purging of coaches in the past, and has dispensed with the services of Mark Petchey, Brad Gilbert, Miles Maclagan whenever he feels the relationship has run its course.

What an odd analogy. What is it supposed to mean??? Shrug Rolling Eyes
