Yeah I like the fact that Ivan doesn't even need to bring it up with Andy... Think they 2 are so alike they are telepathic.

Nice article...

About not wanting to make mistakes: it's a strength and weakness at the same time. Every tennisplayer  does make mistakes, important is how you deal with them...

Like the importance of the humor also...

thx!

How would anyone feel about Andy winning RG this year and not Wimbledon?

A slam is a slam but Wimbedon would be very nice.

How would fans feel about this one?

Andy ends his career with either..

1. 4 slams (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon & US Open)
2. 5 slams (2 x Australian Open, French Open & 2 x US Open)

What would you take?

I'd take anything, but prefer your first offering

Andy Murray belts away his disappointment on the practice court

A very interesting and encouraging article.  Thanks dani.

"I haven't spoken to him about it," Lendl said. "I think he knows. We don't need to discuss it. I think it comes from him expecting so much. You saw it even today, he is playing for a minute and a half and he misses a shot and he gets mad at himself because he doesn't want to miss – ever. "

I really liked that comment too and think it's great that their relationship has worked out far better than a lot of people expected.

I'm glad that we are getting to know a little more about what's going on because for long enough it was a bit shrouded in mystery, but maybe Lendl was waiting to see just how well things would pan out before divulging anything.

Has anyone seen the ridiculous suggestion by Guy Forget on Europsort?  He suggests that the rankings are waived for the seedings at RG and that Nadal is seeded so that he does not meet Nole until the final.  This would probably mean that Ferrer, who has worked so hard for his ranking would be relegated to 5.  Andy could also be demoted just to help Nadal.  I just wonder what your thinking is on this suggestion?

I'd take 5 slams over 4, any day. Wink

What a stupid idea, like everybody wants to see a Nadal vs Djokovic final, hell lets just throw seedings away for every tournament so they can all get their "dream final" le sigh
