Well, that's your problem - not Andy's.
Who said otherwise? I must have missed something.

Hey, how about actually addressing the person who started this silly argument? Just a thought.
Missed that, OK so the feisty V didn't start it for once

Yeah, maybe follow the thread before jumping in with both feet.
Pretty tired of people getting the hump whenever someone suggests that Murray might not win.

Murray in four I say!
He's right to point out that Federer hasn't won the gold in singles before. I think it's just an acknowledgement of the truth to essentially say this is new ground for Federer as much as it is for himself. I love the honesty and maturity of that.
I said it during Wimbles and I will say it again, something different is going on with Andy. Something is clicking. Look at today for example. He won in straights, and he held serve, but it took real strength of character to deal with that match. Djokovic didn't play a bad match, didn't give it away. Andy took it. He was controlled and proactive, taking the match to Djokovic, lifting his game when he needed to. If he can do the same in the final he has a great chance. He knows it won't be easy, we know it too, but I believe that if he puts himself in the right position, as he did today, he has a wonderful opportunity.
It definitely is MurrayTime.
Well said.

Murray to win 6-1 6-0 6-2.
Anyone who says otherwise is a hater or supports Federer.

That's where my username came from.
I used to troll Usenet with a woman. Called ourselves Bonnie P and Clyde B.

I'd love to agree, but I don't. Fed is just too good.

I'm cautiously optimistic for now (this is just my nature in life to be a borderline pessimist not just tennis). Looking forward to this one. Andy played so well today - as teejay said he has a wonderful opportunity if he plays that way on Sunday.

Today the Andy we hoped for came forward... he was brilliant.Novak did not back off in any way Andy won and won well. Will he beat Fed? If he repeats today's form or near it I really think he will.I hope to see the deflation of the smug ones gigantic ego.. and that should flutter the flags!Go Andy go!

Oh, so you think I was serious?
Fed is the favourite. Murray hasn't beaten him in best of 5 set format.

To be fair fan forums aren't necescarily designed for objective tennis discussion, so sometimes people may get upset or overexcited by something that is an objective statement.
On MTF i don't post the same way I do here, i represent myself as a fan of Andy but i dont go around posting
every other post cos I know its not appropriate, but I would like to feel I can do that in Andy's fan forum if a choose to?

You can.
That doesn't mean you get to have a go at people who don't think he'll win.
