I enjoyed every sentence of your report. It is written in a marvellous style, making me see everything in front of my inner eye. Esp. after I had to miss decisive moments of each set due to my poor live streaming.

I'm a fan but my day does not hinge on whether or not he wins, no.

I love these observations from Andy that I found on the ITF website - shows such maturity:

I want to try and win," said Murray. "I don't think going into matches trying to get revenge for something that's happened in the past really helps. I think you need to try and focus on the future.
 
"The one thing I hope on Sunday, he's not played for the gold medal in singles before, and most times when I played him he's experienced the situations way, way more times than me. He probably played eight Wimbledon finals or something like that. For me, it was my first one.
 
"It's so rare for him to be in a position where he's trying to do something new because he's achieved so much in tennis. I hope that will even things out a little bit."

Am so excited that I'll be there even though not on CC.  I'm hoping will be able to watch on a screen though not sure what timing is in relation to the bronze medal match for which I have ticket.  But just to be part of it all will be quite something.

Credit to Murray a fine win against Novak today! Roger will have to be on his game against a fired up Murray and the crowd but the fact he handled it a few weeks ago is a massive boost so I think this is on Roger's racket.
