I respectfully disagree. It won't taken much out of him at all (at least, it shouldn't have given his level of fitness!). Doubles isn't that fatiguing.

On the contrary, I think the match practice from that was ideal to ease him into this tournament, rather than going into this Singles match cold having not played since Wimbledon.
