Yup, Fed faced a different BirdMan today than the one who turned up for Andy yesterday.  Gotta say Fed moving well and looking sharp.
I agree with you Emma, Andy's loss yesterday might hold to be a "good" one.  Hoping and praying the WTF isn't going to be a WTF (I'm saying this tongue in cheek).  Fingers crossed

Peter Fleming said that when Berdych next plays Andy he might remember what it took out of him to beat him.  As I feared, Andy has inadvertently increased Fed's chances of going back to #3.  But I'm heartened by Andy's post match interview [which I did manage to access eventually OSS thank you and thanks for the precis] and think he will be ready for 02.  Can't wait. And 0SS if Mrs OSS complains don't say you're doing it for us but for the higher cause of Andy to win 02.  I seem to remember she's not into tennis but I'm sure she'll understand what is at stake.   Whistle
And now to go and cheer on JWT.

Thanks, guys and gals.

It's a far far better thing that I will be doing (for Andy) than I have ever done before. Almost quote from "A tale of two cities" - Glasgow and London.

Mrs OSS will have to suffer, but more likely I shall be hidden in another bedroom.

Not a very happy precedent OSS!  Let's hope Andy avoids madame la guillotine   in the round robin and Mrs OSS won't be sitting there doing her knitting.

OSS please tell Mrs OSS that we will all have to make some sacrifices. I personally will be wearing my "lucky" red woollen bobble hat with green pompoms at ALL times.....
