Ooh,Scotnadian,that gif looks painful!!

If you have an ipod that plays videos,have you ever tried loading videos on there and watching them on the treadmill?I find that works better for me than a tv.Now,mind you,I couldn't watch everything on there-for example,I tried watching tennis and there was just no way for me to focus on the ball while I was running!Plus the screen was too small really.But I find it works well if I stick on an episode of a show that I can watch a bit mindlessly,and I like to think it keeps me going a bit longer!
