If you have an ipod that plays videos,have you ever tried loading videos on there and watching them on the treadmill?I find that works better for me than a tv.Now,mind you,I couldn't watch everything on there-for example,I tried watching tennis and there was just
no
way for me to focus on the ball while I was running!Plus the screen was too small really.But I find it works well if I stick on an episode of a show that I can watch a bit mindlessly,and I like to think it keeps me going a bit longer!
