Soccer andy??? Eh i think its called "football" where you grew up!! Dont go all american on us young man. ..
Although soccer is used by Americans to differentiate between it and American football, the term was originally coined in Britain to differentiate Rugby football (Rugger) from Association football - Soccer. The theory is it started of as 'Asoccer' but the 'a' was quickly dropped.

You learn a new thing every day don't you. I'm always amusing my carer by telling her random bits of trivia - she wonders about my sanity sometimes. I can't say I blame her lol. This is a new one though, so thanks lol.

I love that. It should be posted everywhere, just to make the point lol. I love the way Andy smiles with his eyes as well as his mouth.

yeah i used to say 'football' alot when i first moved away from Scotland..to live in various countries..but pretty much the rest of the world uses the term soccer so its just easier to be understood. If he starts saying 'Y'all' alot then be worried ...

If he starts saying 'Y'all' alot then be worried ... I did know about the soccer thing but didn't know that 'football' was only mainly used in the UK. Meanwhile I'm yelling at my TV - not it isn't Andy - but Scotland are playing England in the Rugby Six Nations ... 19-11 to the Auld Enemy at half-time. boys! Well that didn't do much good. Scotland lost 31-18. I love the way Andy smiles with his eyes as well as his mouth.
He's certainly got a very expressive face ... unlike his coach!

But Aileen you have to admit Scotland are playing better than they did last year. They also got two tries at twickers! Too many penalties though, they have to cut them out, they gave away a least 12 points!

At first I didn't like this outfit but then I ended being completely in love with it. Andy looks absolutely dashing in it.

Too many penalties though, they have to cut them out, they gave away a least 12 points! It was just my initial disappointment Chris. Have got over it now. And scoring two tries was quite good by their standards. Interesting though that it was Kiwi new boy Sean Maitland who scored the first one. He could be a great asset to the team. At first I didn't like this outfit but then I ended being completely in love with it. Andy looks absolutely dashing in it.
I wasn't struck on it at first either EJ but now it really makes Andy look quite something! And I love the way he holds his head up proudly these days too - no more slinking onto the court. If he's feeling nervous he certainly doesn't show it.

I love the kit but prefer the white version. Andy looks good in anything though with his physique

I'm just not a big fan of black , don't even wear lot of black myself, I'm a big fan of bright colours. But I did think novaks kit at AO was OK.
