Wimbledon: The Sequel - a follow up to Peter Colt's 2003 success when the 4th round went missing and the third set of the final had about 20 games.

Great film. Funny though how Colt went from bad to world beater in under two hours under the impression of love.

Gets you wondering how much Sears affects the way Andy plays.

Smile i'm sure no movie is planned just a bit of fun, but now he's a wimbledon champ, i guess a movie about him might happen some day
I've no doubt Holywood will get their hands on this, probably with heavy emphasis on the Dunblane tragedy, because that's just the sort of story they love.
It wouldn't be half as exciting if he hadn't had that drama in his early life.

yay  Love it!

Awww

So cute. wub  Interesting that the date on it is July 1995.  It would be yet another 'coincidence' if it was the 7th!  (I've checked online, and it was a Friday)

If they do a film, I want them to accurately show how the anti-English thing came about so the general public can be angry at the people who created that devious story.

I'd like that to be done too, but if the script writer and director were American, then I feel the significance of it would be lost on them.

If they did a film (big if, I think), it'd probably be only Wimbledon 2013, maybe with a bit of 2012 thrown in.
