One of the best photos Ive seen of Andy. Great to see him grinning.


As to the match. This Mahut character will be no pushover. He has a great service for a start. I can't recall how many aces he served versus Isner last year at Wimbledon but it was a lot.

I find Mahut tricky and Andy is typically sluggish in his first match. Could be messy and all over the place. It’s a nice change of scenario though.

Tommy Haas criticises Andy Murray over injury claims

The German Tommy Haas received a wildcard into Wimbledon on Tuesday, a generous offer on the part of the All England Club. Had it known that he would then turn on the country's finest player, it might have thought better of it.

At 34, Haas is making yet another comeback after injury but he has called out Andy Murray for "looking like he is injured … and then moving like a cat". In an interview with German TV at a tournament in Halle, Haas claimed that "everyone in the locker room knows about it and talks about it".

........this was after Bernard Tomic retired from their 1st round Halle match.

The 19-year-old Bernard Tomic extended his hand after just 22 minutes as the rivals changed ends with the German leading 5-2 at the time. “I would have preferred to play longer to try a few things out,” said Haas.

The German and the fans inside the GERRY WEBER STADION were equally surprised by the walkover. Tomic had made no indication of his struggles and, as he left the court, he seemed almost to wave apologetically to the crowd. The background is that Tomic was ill for 10 days and did not really feel perfectly fine again. At least that is what he told Haas in the dressing room after the match.

Sometimes I think men are worse gossips then women!!  I like the pictures MH it's like Mahut is trying to figure something out, and Andy in funny way is saying haha I know the answer.

Speaking of being notified, I used to get notified when there was something to read but it doesn't happen anymore either.
