Just how I feel Caz and MR.
Just had a quick scroll down the thread as couldn't join on-line during the match [had a visitor who missed his train he was so enthralled by Andy's play].  And sure enough there had to be one person who tried to belittle Andy's achievement.  I think if someone can't give Andy credit for making AR look so ordinary today on grass and for playing some sublime shots, then I really do wonder what they're doing as a member of MW.  confused

I agree. Whats wrong with these people? Nothing can detract from Andys win today. he won the game on his own merits! It just so happens that the best man ON THE DAY wins the match.  hammer

the mail online has an article about the match,so many adjectives about Andy majestic, magnifisant quite aflowery piece,at one point Roddick said to himself in a stage whisper "kep it social" after receiving a return serve from Murray.

Well, at the end of the day, that's their problem. I'm a huge Andy fan, but will also cheer on any Brit in a sporting event.
Yes, me too Elly! I even cheer for any British football team playing any foreign football team and I don't even like football!
