Ranking after San Jose

Since this is a ATP tournie, and semis are rewarded well...what do you think Andy's ranking will be after this tournament?

I've done some calculations in my "Ranking Rise to Queens" topic and he's currently up about 5 or 6 places. If he beats roddick he'd be up 10 places.

Thanks Alan. Good to see someone has an idea of the ranking system.

That means he could be in top 50 if he beats Roddick

Hmmm, Clement is in Marseille final, so as things stand he will leapfrog Andy. But he's still up 5 places at the mo.

I think he comes to 50 if he beats A-Rod. His points take him to 51 and Cristophe Rochus drops down as he loses quite some points he was defending.

Hopefully he will have a good French Open if he wants to be seeded for Wimbledon

I don't like Clement, he beat Gasquet! If Clement loses, and Murray wins his final, would Murray make top 50?

Yeah that's what the bbc is saying, but by my calcs if clement wins and murray loses, andy would be 51. I've probably missed one dude out somehow.

These are my calcs by the way: (+ means the player was above andy last week, - means below)

+CRochus    706
-Clement   691
+Massu      685
