It's bleacher report, but I think the writer is correct to suggest that Andy's deserving of number 2, hopefully soon!

My Oh and myself were just saying how tennis is probably the only sport where they play so much and have to gain numerous points to reach their place in the world.   Mo Farah has only just started to race this year for instance.

He won Rotterdam last year (500) and got to the quarters this year (90).

You aren't alone Zarfeen.  I think a lot of people don't notice it because it isn't very prominent.

I don't know how these people work the forecasts, but Andy isn't playing in Dubai this year so will lose points, and Federer is, so I suppose it depends how far Fed can defend his ranking points there.  The good news is that Andy has no points to defend in IW, whereas Fed has a title to defend.

If Zarfeen gets bbc tv. if she puts in 485 on the red button thingy all this years tennis tournaments ,with dates, are listed  The site has been very much changed and its now almost as good as it was 3 years ago

I see in Bleachers that Federer wants Squash to be made into an Olympic sport I wonder if he is thinking of giving up competitive tennis, take up squash instead and try for a gold medal in Rio? Murray would then slip into no2 position in Tennis  Just a thought
